Sprout Solution LLC is a Wyoming limited liability company. We provide marketing services to contractors in the United States, including websites, Google Business Profile management, review generation, text message automation and advertising. The business is operated by Luca Favretto from Italy. You can reach us at info@sproutsolution.com.

We collect only what we need to respond to you and run the site:

• Contact details you send us: name, email address, phone number (optional), your trade, your website and your message.
• Your text message consent choice, the date and time you made it, and the wording you agreed to.
• Messages you send through our website chat or by text, if you use them.
• Basic technical data created when any website is visited, such as IP address, browser type and pages requested, kept in our hosting provider's server logs.

We do not currently use advertising cookies or analytics tools on this site. The chat widget, when enabled, may use cookies or similar storage to keep a conversation going. If we add analytics or advertising tools later, we will update this policy first.

• To reply to your inquiry and discuss whether we can help your business.
• To send text messages or emails about your inquiry, if you opted in.
• To keep records of consent and of our conversations.
• To protect the site against spam and abuse, and to meet legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use it for advertising profiles.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. Information may be shared with service providers that help us deliver messages, only for that purpose. Full details are in our SMS Terms.

We use a small number of service providers to operate the business. They process data on our behalf and only as needed to provide their service:

• HighLevel (GoHighLevel / LeadConnector), our customer relationship management, messaging and chat platform.
• Vercel, which hosts this website.
• Email and productivity providers we use to send and store correspondence.

We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect our rights, or in connection with a sale or restructuring of the business.

Our clients are contractors. When we run a website, review system or text automation for a contractor, we process information about that contractor's customers on the contractor's behalf. In that case the contractor decides how the data is used, and our service agreement with them governs it. If you are a contractor's customer and want to access, correct or delete your information, please contact that contractor, or write to us and we will pass your request on.

Our service providers are mainly located in the United States, and we operate from Italy. By contacting us you understand that your information may be processed in both places.

We keep information for as long as it is needed to handle your inquiry, run our relationship with you, keep records of consent, and meet legal duties. After that we delete it or make it anonymous.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to know what information we hold about you, to access it, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to how we use it, take a copy of it, and withdraw consent at any time. This includes residents of California and other US states with privacy laws, and people in the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom, who may also complain to their local data protection authority. To exercise a right, email info@sproutsolution.com. We may need to confirm your identity first. We will not treat you differently for using your rights.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

This site is for business owners. It is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
