SMS Terms

Sprout Solution sends text messages to people who have contacted us or asked us to text them. Messages are conversational and transactional: replying to your inquiry, scheduling a call or consultation, sharing information you requested, and following up on a conversation. We do not send unrelated promotional messages.

You opt in by ticking the text message consent box on our contact form and submitting it, by texting us first, or by agreeing to receive texts during a conversation with us. The box is not pre-ticked and ticking it is optional. Agreeing to receive texts is not a condition of buying anything from us.

Message frequency varies with the conversation. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan.

• Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages. We will send one final message to confirm, and then no more.
• Reply HELP for help.

Carriers and mobile providers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Messages are sent to US phone numbers only.

We use your mobile number only to communicate with you about your inquiry. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes, and text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. We share information with our messaging platform provider only so that messages can be delivered. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Our clients are contractors. Their customers may receive text messages sent through systems we set up, for example a reply after a missed call or a request to leave a review. Those messages come from the contractor's business, under the contractor's own consent and opt-out process. To stop them, reply STOP to the message or contact that contractor.
