By using this website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. The site is operated by Sprout Solution LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company.

The information on this site describes our services in general terms. It is not an offer that you can accept by using the site. Our services are provided under a written service agreement signed by both parties, which sets out the scope, fees and terms. If that agreement and these terms conflict, the agreement applies.

Marketing results depend on many things outside our control, including your market, your competition, your pricing, your capacity and how your team handles each lead. We do not guarantee any particular number of leads, calls, reviews, search rankings, jobs or revenue. Examples and case studies on this site describe work we have done and are not predictions of what you will achieve.

The site's design, text, graphics and the Sprout Solution name and logo belong to Sprout Solution LLC or its licensors. You may view the site and share links to it. Ownership of work we create for a client is set out in that client's service agreement.

Business names, logos and website screenshots of other companies shown on this site belong to their owners and are used to show our work. Links to other websites are provided for convenience. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for them.

If you contact us, we may reply by email, phone or, if you opted in, text message. Text messaging is covered by our SMS Terms.

The site and its content are provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error free.

To the fullest extent the law allows, Sprout Solution LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits or revenue, arising from your use of the site. Our total liability for any claim relating to the site is limited to one hundred US dollars. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict of law rules. Disputes relating to the site will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, and you agree to their jurisdiction.
